About
At Ednep Abhiyan, the research lab and training initiative I founded in Kirtipur, I do applied research, teach econometrics, and help researchers turn their analysis into published papers.
My research looks at Nepal's economy from three sides: how competitive its exports are, how its diaspora connects to trade, tourism and investment, and whether people use healthcare according to need or ability to pay. I work in R, Stata and EViews, and write in LaTeX.
I've also taught economics at Megha College and Dharan City College in Dharan, and worked in customer service at Nepal Bank Limited. My academic home is the Central Department of Economics at Tribhuvan University, where I'm enrolled in the MPhil–PhD programme.
